Tony Franco

Tony has been working in the marketing industry for over 25 years both on the client and agency side. He’s an expert on innovation, brand strategy and consumer insight. His work has taken him all over the world and he has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most famous brands.

He started his marketing career at Nestle where he spent 8 years in various brand management roles looking after brands such as Buitoni and Nescafe. For 10 years he worked as a marketing consultant for the WPP agency Added Value where he became a Board Director of the UK business. He worked on many of the agency’s key international clients.

For the past 10 years Tony has been running his own Marketing Consultancy, Franco London, working across a diverse range of businesses, focusing on Innovation, Brand Strategy and Brand Planning. Recent clients have included SAB Miller, Brown Forman and Nespresso.


Mark Simmonds

Mark is an experienced trainer/facilitator who has worked in the area of insight, innovation and creativity for the last 15 years.

He started his career in brand management with Unilever and went on to become a co-founder of Brand Learning, a marketing capability consultancy.

In 2001, he set up his own independent consultancy. He has designed, developed and delivered learning programmes for many international organisations across the world and he is also very experienced in training others to train and facilitate in the creativity and innovation space.

He is a co-founder of Creative Creatures, a unique capability tool, developed in tandem with Sheffield University, that maximises the creative potential of both people and processes. 

Clients Mark has worked with include Unilever, HSBC, Pernod Ricard, Thomson Reuters, Tesco and Telefonica (O2). 


Richard Oldham

Richard is a brand innovation specialist with more than 20 years consulting experience, including 15 years at The Value Engineers where he held roles as Joint MD and Director of Innovation.

His specific areas of expertise include: creative workshop facilitation; rapid concept and strategy development; brand positioning; innovation strategy; research and insight development; consumer closeness and marketing capabilities training. Richard has been a Unilever-accredited Research Lead & Moderator since 2013.


Will Knight

With over 15 years experience of working with many top brands and advertising agencies, Will is an exceptionally talented concept visualiser and illustrator. Working fast in live workshop settings, he is able to capture and bring to life product ideas, packaging concepts with precision and accuracy. He adds significant value and fresh perspectives along the way.
